Johnson Creek is a village of about 2,000 people.

It’s not located on the trail, but it’s only 3 miles to the north on State Highway 26 & I-94.

There are currently two nice hotels, one with an indoor waterpark, lots of shopping,
including an outlet mall,gas stations, and fast food.  There is also a very nice movie theatre.

Johnson Creek would be the ideal place to start and end your ride on an over night stay.  You could ride the east half one day, and the west half the next day.

To get to Johnson Creek via car, just take State Highway 26 north from the trail.
To get there on a bicycle, do NOT ride on Highway 26.  Take the trail east

to County Road Y, then go north into the village.
